  Needed a repair done on short notice. Tim was able to help, and did an incredible job. His fees were more than fair, and great quality work. I would definitely recommend.

  Wow! Where do I start...? 1 Roof is a super reliable company! Awesome experience. This is an extremely well managed roofing company. We had an insurance claim. We ended up with a full read more roof replacement. Aric, walked us through all the motions. No surprises ever. In fact, they were the ones who were surprised how damaged our roof was. They replaced panels and kept us informed of all steps taken to ensure our roof would come out just as new. Their workers are all employees of 1 Roof. They even place a camera on the mailbox, so they can see the project while it’s being worked. No words, hands down, the best roofing company in Jax. Tim and Jeremy were also delightful.   We gathered quite a few estimates for our roof replacement and 1 Roof LLC was by far the best. They provided us with an estimate and met with the insurance adjuster which made our process read more so much easier. Aric and Tim kept us informed every step of the way. Getting a roof can be a stressful time, especially if you have a leak this time of year where it's raining everyday. Their team did a great job of minimizing that stress and the cleanup process was phenomenal.

  I want to share how great this team is. They came by my house today to check out a potential roof leak. They spent significant time looking over the issue, and could not find a clear read more roof-originating leak after exhaustive leak testing. They gave me several pointers on possibilities of other sources for the leak, and offered to help further if other contractors were not able to locate the source.   I am a Project manager for construction by profession so I’m a tough customer to perform work for. It takes a lot for me to give a company 5 stars. 1Roof deserves 5 stars without read more a doubt. They were very communicative about scheduling during weather we were having. The material arrived without any complications and the delivery left no mess behind. They arrived on site to do the roof the day they said bright and early. They went above and beyond what I expected to protect my home including the bushes air condition units and other items I have around the house. They tarped everything and put plywood along my garage doors and on AC units. They finished just before a big rain storm came through. The quality of their install is outstanding. I just flew my drone up there to inspect. Flawless. And to finish it off, they didn’t leave one bit of mess behind. The clean up was outstanding. Not one nail. This company is 5 star in my opinion. Every bit of it.

I interviewed several companies and put in many hours of research. read more I went with Aric and his team because they didn’t expect me to sign an AOB or give me any false promises. Aric told me what he was able to do through the insurance company and then provided even more!   Needed a simple repair of a dryer vent that was defective. Used Angie’s list to find options and 1 Roof was top rated so i gave them a shot. I am so glad I did. Got notified to their read more arrival time by email ,and telephone which was very convenient. Warren came out and was upfront with the problem. He gave me a bunch of options including fixing the vent instead of replacing, and using shingles i already had which saved me over 60%. That honesty put them over the top for me.   I was very impressed with 1 Roof from start to finish. From Aric who first met with us, to Tim in the office, to the guys who did the work, everything was smooth and professional.   Fantastic! Highly recommend this company. I requested quote through Angie's list and received a quick same day response from Tim at their office. He first advised me that someone could read more come later in the afternoon that day but then called me back and said they could come earlier. Warren showed up in the morning, reviewed my issues, gave me a no nonsense budget friendly repair price and to my amazement was able to come back in the afternoon. I received a written estimate within an hour of my quote, agreed to the work and then they told me they would be there later, but got there earlier!! He performed my repair flawlessly and gave me all the details, showed pictures of what had been done. I received a warranty for the service as well.
